Have lactare tablets to increase bm.
The more you feed the more milk production will be there..
include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, mother horlicks with milk etc in ur diet to improve lactation
Also to boost ur milk supply is to breastfeed and pump. Do pumping right after ur baby finishes feed. This will stimulate ur body to produce more milk..u can buy PHILIPS AVENT manual or electric breast pump.
