Hello ma’am Indirect steam is good to go for an apart from that if your child has a runny nose then you can give sinarist 2.5 ML twice a day for three days and if the cold doesn’t subside in three days and you can continue with it for maximum five days and I’m sure you’ll get good results in one or two dosages it self
