Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as your body went through major surgery ,you must have to take Healthy and nutritious diet. take high protine diet like egg , different pulses, beans, dairy products,nuts , dry fruits etc more keep your self well hydrated. take enough sleep. take necessary supplements of iron and calcium prescribed by your gynecologist
