A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a pr theoper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
