How soon after c section , can I start gymming

A. gym after six minths, else walking and yoga can be started by 4 months if everything is normal dont cut much on the diet if bread the baby. . .

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout only after 6 months of delivery so as it has been more than 6 months ,you can start doing gentle exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks etc
