how should I keep my daughter maybe within a week or two she will get her first period plz suggest

A. nothing to worry about and just explain your kid about how to manage all the things and what actually happens and what care needs to be taken give proper nutritious diet along with adequate water and take to the baby and advise rest for 5 to 6 days
