Hi, not more than 200 ML per day. you can give Dal water, water lukewarm water, coconut water based on the weather, fresh fruit juice made at home without sugar and salt and breastfeed. Since all this are liquid make sure do not to give more than 200 ML of water separately in a day. Continue breastfeeding until one year which is best for baby.Write Your Answer Here
