how much water should I give to my 6 month breastfeeding baby as he start to eat semi solid food now

A. yes give little amount initially weaning is a gradual process If your breast feeding your baby then continue to breastfeed at regular intervals and there is no need to give anything else apart from mother milk or formula milk to baby till he complete 6months of age as it is complete food that takes care of hydration as well as nutrition. After 6 month you can gradually start weaning with homemade easy to digest food items like rice porridge ragi porridge mashed fruits apple Puree, mashed banana chiku etc. But whatever you are introducing should be introduced gradually with a small amount

A. A Minimum of 30 to 60 ML on an every day basis and if you can increase the amount of water per day then nothing like it because water is very important to because it helps a lot in proper digestion and healthy motion in return so as much is what are you can manage
