#AskTheExpert My baby is not able to eat solid food as she is 1 year old. She wants to have each and everything semi solid. Plz suggest how to give her solid food.

Hello mom you have to gradually as in start to introduce usual foods that are made at home for the family , let it be one at a time, give her some finger foods , some fresh juicy fruits as well too so that when they chew they feel the juices , some crunchy foods etc different textures , you can also do in a play way method as well too.
