How much water should be given to a 6 month baby in a day

A. around 30 ml or 1 ounce per day is okay.. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of infant diet till 1 year.

A. Hello dear parent, for 6 months old baby you can give water 4 to 5 spoons at a time and 3 to 4 times in a day. As baby starts accepting it well then you can increase the quantity as well. Try giving Luke warm.water in the beginning so that it does not cause cough to the baby. Good luck and take care
