You Can give few spoons in a day. As you are already going to give watery food so this is good. Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups edli eggs etc.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 6 month
