Q.

how much water intake is safe for 1 year child.? what happens if the child consumes more water?

A. Hello mom too much of anything is anyhow harmful , and also check his urine output as well too, it can cause water retention and also it may keep the child full and he may avoid eating his meals as well. So just a few sips throughout the day is fine .

A. Hello mom Now there is not any fixed quantity and you can give according to your babies need. And now you baby is one year old and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now and you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day
