how much quantity of badam can be given to 8 months infant .. currently we are using it with rice powder and ragi powder

A. Atleast a minimum of four to five pieces of Badam for one time food. You may try with nut powder and other ceral powders also, but you must observe the baby which one the baby is taking interestingly you may prepare its related other food items and can be given to the child.

A. Easily about 3 to 4 pieces can be given to the child and this is if you’re giving only almonds then two pieces one time can easily be given to the child if you give throughout the day also it would be good enough there is no problem with four pieces day
