How much mg of Taxim O syrup should be given to 4years 2 months child in common cold

A. what should be given as child has only change in voice, no other symptoms. I have given maxtra syrup it is not working. steam is also provided. No relief till fro yesterday

A. the baby is 4 years of age and common cold is a viral infection and taxim o is an antibiotic there is no need to use antibiotics if the baby is having only common cold
