Q.

How much ghee in one particular recipe is reasonable for 6 month old , if we are making 2 or 3tbs recipe? Ghee will not upset baby stomach ?

A. Hi mom As ur baby is 6 months old, yes u can add ghee. 2-3 drops of ghee will be sufficient in meal. U can give ragi porridge, khichdi, cerelac, ripe banana, mashed sweet potato, apple puree etc to ur baby
