Give three major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.

you can do by both way but as I am preparing it by adding flour directly in water ,I would suggest to add flour in boiled water.
Ragi is rich with iron and calcium ,so it is best for Child's Healthy growth.
