SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi it's just a phase. Once you stop feeding too you can start to workout. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
