If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 2-3 days or 6-8 times
per day- both conditions normal

ideally,it is normal for young babies to pass stool once in 7 days or 10 times in a day
so as far as your child is not showing any discomfort, looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything
