How many days should i give sunlight to my newborn

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it is advisable to give sunlight on daily basis. and it is better for all family members too to take sunlight everyday. so , please take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. it is good source of vitamin D which help in Healthy bones and muscles and it also helps in better mental health too. as its deficiency can cause depression too
