Q.
How many days after delivery can a posture belt to be used ?Is it safe to use in c sec and how long should it be worn during a day ? Should I use at night also ? Please help me

Ma’am you can use it within 3 to 4 days and within C-section also it is normal till the time it is not interfering with your stitches or your lower part so it’s not an issue and in the night I would not suggest you to you during the day is very good but in case of any doubt you can confirm with your doctor
