U Can take it for a month or Do not more than that because if the lactation as to increase it will increase within two months and if it doesn’t have to no matter how long you take it is not going to increase that’s very clear funda with lactation tablet so you can try having it for a month or two in between also would advise you to have about 3 to 4 L of liquid is in a day and have a good amount of green leafy vegetables and protein rich diet
