Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, to increase breast milk supply, you should eat well and healthy. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, vegetables soup and fruit juice c drink lots of water and milk twice in a da. Add lactonuc granules in the milk.
Add jeera in your diet.
