Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should eat right and healthy diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits,. Drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Also add jeera in your diet.
Vegetables soup, fruits juice. All are good for increasing milk supply.
