A. Use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings. This helps in increasing breast milk production. Check Babyhug Smart n Silent Electric Breast Pump : You can express, store and feed breast milk anytime with this electric breast pump. It has a silent pumping solution and has a 3 operation mode - stimulation, expression and extraction of residual milk. Eat Sabudana and oats. Drink plenty of water. Take ample amount of rest. Do not take stress. Include fennel seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, drumsticks, spinach in your diet. Try to feed the baby more frequently as more the demand is, the supply is more. Breast compressions also help. Massage your breasts before feeding.
