how do we should whether baby has cold , there is no stuff in nose, when she shout her noise is different may I consider she has cold?.. please help me... how to know? can I use maxtra drops

A. if you are in a dilemma whether baby is having cold or not no need to use maxtra drops to the baby without proper indication simply give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions and put nasoclear drops in the nose which are safe
