how could I loose my weight I haven't time for workout

A. hi, you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three to four months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery.

A. dear try to have little changes.. as restrict your sugar and sweet intake.. avoid oily and spicy food.. have plenty of water.. prefer warm water. take water before meals at least half an hr.. take brisk walking.. some yoga continue breast feeding..
