hiii i want to know that after postpartum when i started my workout for weight loss??

A. If it was a normal delivery, light exercises can be started withing 3-4 weeks and if was a C-section delivery, workout must be started only after 6 weeks or when you feel comfortable without putting too much stretch on the stitches. You should begin slow with 10-15 minutes of light workout and then gradually increase the time with different types of exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing, swimming and Yogasnas.
