postpartum weight loss ke liye diet & workout kab se shuru kara sakte hai my baby is soon going to be 4month old

A. Hello ma’am You haven’t clearly mention the mode of your delivery so if you had a normal one then you can start after six months full fledged workout and after three months once your stitches are completely you can go for little bit of workout like simple yoga and for c section unwill have to wait till eight months
