#asktheexperts Hello doctor,My post pregnancy weight is 72kgs.my height is 5.3.how to loose weight without workout?coz I've no time for workout.

A. dear mom dont worry you dont have to do heavy workouts can do spot jogging, jumping, suryanamskar or walks for 15 mins twice a day eat wisely, avoid high calorie foods
