A. you cant dear.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Only We use a breast pump to express your feet then only you can come to know the quantity of the milk that you are giving to your child at one point of time otherwise there is no way to figure that out it’s just that if your child is full for about two hours that means you’re giving sufficient amount
