A. you can start with a walk, mindful eating. Avoid extra carbs, oil. and drink loads of water. some HIIT workouts are safe, check YouTube.

A. Hi, Then you should wait till 1 year and then start with easy exercises and then abdominal and cardio exercises dear. Simultaneously avoid oily food and junk food. You can also join any gym nearby. Also give your best .

A. Hi, Start doing abdominal exercises if you have gone through normal delivery otherwise wait for 1 year and then start doing yoga exercises. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Avoid junk food or oily food.
