reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast.
have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after consulting your doctor.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.

You should consult a dietician go for a proper diet and workout to reduce down your weight and only think of dieting and losing out to wait if you are not breastfeeding the child because if you start taking a dieting and all then probably it is going to affect your breast feed as well so you have to be very particular with itWrite Your Answer Here
