You should give proper healthy protein diet to the child vegetarian and non-vegetarian and if you would want your child to be an athlete then you’ll have to work upon that kind of a particular sport that you want your child to get into and you should start practising from an early age of 3 to 4 years and slowly gradually only the child is going to reach the milestone that I looking forward at an early age but you can start from the age of 3 to 4 years not before that
