how can I prepare carrot puree for my 7 month old baby?

can add few sips of water to make desire consistency.

You have to give fruits in a Puri form rather than this you can make vegetable soup for your baby after blending it properly. Rather than this you should also give Dal Ka Paani, rice water and with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan
