Q.

how can I increase my breast milk...? when I feed my baby he takes it but it is not sufficient for him so we give him formula milk he takes near about 160ml so is it good ......?

A. Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with warm milk this will help and yes if you are unable to produce sufficient amount of milk and substitute it with formula there is no problem in that case as formula is healthy to be given to the child
