My breast feed is not sufficient so my baby is in formula milk please Sujest

A. Hi dear mom The more baby latches and sucks, the more milk secretion will be there. Have raw papaya in your diet to increase bm. Also u can have lactare tablets to increase breast milk supply. If baby is crying as he is hungry due to low milk supply then u can give formula milk to ur baby
