#asktheexperts how to increase my breast milk supply as my milk is not sufficient for my baby . so I'm doing mixed feed(breast milk+formula feed). I had a c-section delivery

Shatavari power is a very good lactation supplement that you can use for your child which would really be very good for you to increase your lactation you can take it three times in the day with warm milk apart from that healthy diet and plenty of liquids are equally important
