#asktheexperts how can i increase my breast milk? i have v.low supply which is not sufficient for my 2 momth old baby.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello try to take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and 8f the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 like Nan Pro stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
