Ma’am depends what how many times are you taking it basically it’s if it is taken twice in a day once you should take it with milk in the morning and at the other you can take in the evening or in the night before sleeping try to maintain a gap of at least 12 hours because in the night also when you sleep it is going to help in processing more milk
