Hi, How about Himalaya Shatavari Capsules ? Is that good for Breastfeeding mother's ? Will it increase Milk supply ? If not please suggest some capsule to increase My supply ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes it will help to improve milk flow and take it twice a day obe capsule after lunch and dinner and drink plenty of water and even if milk flow is less keep feeding your baby as due to sucking reflex the milk flow improves

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi you may take it. or you can take leptadine tablets . along with that, please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated. make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply stay stress free.
