ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. within 1 and 2 days it shows effect.. to increase breast milk, also have dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.
