Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant jujkmedicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello put nasal drops and also use instant cold releif rub frim babyhug and also give honey to soothe throat and warm water to sip frequently and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able go guide u accordingly which is better
