hlo plz suggest me which soap is good for my skin after delivery i came to my husband home here water is very salty im becoming verymuch black my hairs also falling more please help me in this

A. Hello mom use any mild soap these changes occurs even due to lot of hormonal changes that occurs after delivery as well too . So pears , dove , Medimix or aloe Vera based soaps can be used as well
