Hlo my son is 1 year 3 month he is suffering from cold and cough from 2 month i went to hospital but 1 week he is suffering from cold n cough next week he will b fine since 2 moth same pattern is going i m afraid that by using more medicine to my baby from 2 month plzz suggest me what i have to do .. i m giving montair lc kid and grilincus sryup plzz tell how to stop coghf n cold to my babyyy plzz docter

Cough is a protective reflex of the body to expel out the mucus or any irritant factor from the respiratory tract which is most of the time assosiated with cold due to any viral or bacterial infection . A proper examination is required to find the cause .
As a home remedy you can start with steam inhalation . Cough can gfbe treated with cough supprtessant or antitussives as per the cause. For cold antihistamines are useful and nasal saline drops are also benifecial .
