Hlo... My baby 1 year 8 months old... hez unable to speak... he just says papa... n no other words.. what should I do??? pls suggest me

A. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and he doesn’t speak at all so see if he has a tongue tie beneath it or he is deaf and dumb

A. Hi Mom, Try to introduce more new words to your baby and encourage him to speak. Avoid giving mobile phones to your child. Spend more time with your kid. Consult once with your child doctor for proper evaluation and advise. Thank you.
