After 1 year of age you can start giving the child everything with you prepare for your family at home .
But the meals you are giving should be easy to digest less oily and less spicy for him .
Keep giving some natural probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt every day for a better digestion.
The diet should be balanced one.
Should incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables that provide micronutrients and fibre.
Proteins are the building blocks of the body, so meals should be proportionate.
Lean meat fish eggs can also be introduced gradually.
Nuts to be given, soaked in water beforehand.

try to give water at regular intervals.
try to encourage your child by buying special cup or water bottle for your child.
for example you can buy Babyhug glass with straw .
or you may give water in other different forms like soup, coconut water, buttermilk,lassi , nimbupani etc
if your child pee count is around 6 times in a day ,no need to worry about it much
