hlo mam mere c section hue ko 8 months ho gye hai...can I start heay exercise?

A. Start With mild exercise as of now don’t go for heavy exercise and it is going to affect the internal stitches because they take some more time to get healed so just start with light exercise in which ever you are comfortable with and once you complete one year of your delivery then you start with heavy exercises that too after getting your stitches check with your gynaecologist
