can i start the exercise after c section. oprt ko 2 month ho gye h. weight kaafi ho gya h

A. dear mom as of now just walk for 15 mins forst once a day, gradually increase it to twice proper exercise should be started once your doctor permits looking at your condition

A. not at all dear. you cannot do heavy work out before 7-8 months till your internal stitches are fully healed. you can do only little walk. have zeera water regularly in the morning. have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat.
