hlo dr mere delivery c section delivery h 4 month complete ho gya h kes type ka excercise kr sakte h ab, yoga,surya namaskar,walking,treadmill exercises?

A. In case of c section Your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal Start with brisk walk Avoid any heavy or vigorous work out Take iron calcium and multivitamin supplements regularly

A. not so soon.you need to wait for another two months and only after you complete 6 months and also if your wounds have healed completely and timely you can start doing all this and for now only brisk walking

A. hi dear.After four months to six months, you should be able to begin exercises that strengthen your core abdominal muscles. These could include exercises such as the plank, lying on your tummy and raising your arms and legs in the 'superman' pose, or kneeling on all fours and drawing up your stomach muscles against gravity.
