A. hello parent try to avoid with the vigrous exercises s till the six months of postmark partum after that you can start working out modify diet reduce carbs and increase proteins

A. Hi mom It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery.. Till six months exercise is not recommended.. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for healthy milk supply and to recover from weakness after delivery.
